WANTED: Kansas City based candidates that are enthusiastic, friendly and interested in NASCAR

 

GMR Marketing LLC is the largest promotional marketing company in the US. We are hired by companies to find the most energetic, outgoing professionals to represent their top brands at exciting promotions ranging from fairs, festival, concerts and sporting venues across the country.

 

GMR is currently recruiting for in market representatives. This program is associated with NASCAR and will be executing at the Kansas Speedway. The client is a tobacco based company and the goal of this program is to help build awareness of the client to qualified adult consumers.

 

Training and Promotion Dates (may vary slightly)

Thursday, September 30th

Friday, October 1st

Saturday, October 2nd

Sunday, October 3rd

*Candidates must be available for all training and promotion dates

* Hours are TBD

 

In Market Reps:

Candidates will be working at informational booths set up at the track, interacting with and directing consumers throughout the onsite promotion. Duties will vary depending on where the staff is stationed within the various locations of the interactive experience.

 

Responsibilities:

•               Report directly to the manager on site

•               Assist with general set up as needed

•               Distribute premium items and marketing materials to fans at the race

•               Be passionate and be able to interact and connect with race fans

•               Conduct yourself as a representative of the client

 

Requirements:

•               Must be available for all training and promotion dates

•               Must be personable, outgoing, positive attitude, friendly, confident, smart, quick leaner and have great communication skills

•               Must be flexible (able to adapt to any situation) and good at taking direction.

•               Must have previous promotional experience preferable with NASCAR and GMR

•               Must be at least 21 years of age or older

•               Must be authorized to work in the US
