Description:

Kansas City-based Show-Me Publishing, Inc./Ingram’s Magazine seeks to hire a qualified and experienced business administrator to serve as our organization’s key researcher and data administrator and to provide strategic marketing and circulation management responsibilities. Candidates should possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and have no less than 5 years experience as a data researcher (B2B experience required; print journalism experience preferred but business /marketing are acceptable; regional business publication or media experience a plus). Responsibilities include researching, updating and managing a large universe of individual and company records for purposes, among others, of ranking companies in multiple industries and by markets/regions throughout Missouri and Kansas. Responsibilities also includes the management of strategic outreach efforts/communications to targeted individual and company records/databases and the coordination of email blasts, print and online marketing campaigns and circulation and subscription processes. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite. Familiarity with the Goldmine or other CRM management systems is a plus.
