Sales Assistant

This position is for a Sports Radio Station

I just accepted the resignation of our Sales Asst. and am looking to hire someone who is just as qualified and will fit in as well as he did.

Ideally, I would like to hire two (2) part time people M-F, one to cover the morning 8:30am-12:30pm (4hrs) and one to cover the afternoon 12:30pm-5pm (4.5hrs). I am open to hiring one full-time person if qualified. I would like someone who is looking for a long term position with our company. The pay is $9-$12 an hour

This is a rare opportunity that has recently come available and I am looking for the best fit possible for our Union Broadcasting Family (Sports Radio 810 WHB, Hot Talk 1510 KCTE and Union Indoor Advertising). This comprehensive position is unique by way of offering a wide variety of learning experiences and opportunities to grow and develop a broad skill set.

Those qualifications that make the best prospect are primarily listed, but not limited to this list: motivated, detail oriented, organized, friendly disposition, customer service oriented, expert user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), general computer knowledge and willingness to learn the traffic software.
