The Sales Executive D2D is an entry level field sales job, responsible for acquiring new residential customers within an assigned geographic area.
The Sales Executive visits potential customers at their primary residence and reviews their current telecommunication preferences with the intent to win back, sell new services or upgrade their existing AT&T services.
The sales model is highly transactional requiring a Sales Executive to visit homes within a specific geographic area, knocking on 30 to 40 doors per day. The Sales Executive will receive leads for a specific area, usually zip code base. The Sales Executive will make, close and complete the sales transaction while at the customer’s home.
After securing the customer’s decision for a service, the Sales Executive will be responsible for order placement by making an outbound call while at the customer premises.
These individuals will be trained to sell AT&T products such as High Speed Internet, Voice Access, and U-verse.
Sales Executives will work an average of 40 hours per week, noon to 8 p.m., including Saturdays.
Position Qualifications:
The Sales Executive D2D should have sales experience, customer service skills, good written and verbal communication skills, organization and planning skills, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Candidates must be able to successfully complete a pre employment back ground check
and substance abuse testing.
